Does anybody have a decent protocol for cell fixation (monocyte-like cell line THP1)?
I've tried fixing for 45min/+4C using 2% paraformaldehyde but i've had mixed and unconsistent results. i've been checking for dead (fixed) cells by PI and 7AAD staining, and got unconsistent results.
