Dear all.
Im to choose a system to overexpress, and subsequently purify, some viral membrane proteins in (total as well as partially transmembrane in structure, all full length). However, I cant find any information from which a final decision can be made.
Systems preferred are baculovirus or E.coli. Any advice on what to consider in the final choice when it comes to yields, efficiency, costs, etc are gratefully accepted!
best regards
Johan
