I have genotyped some loci in 5 populations, now i want to calculate the fst of these loci among these populations, how can i do this?
which software can help me? i know arlequin can calculate the fst of the haplotype, can it do the fst analysis of one locus? |

By comparing the frequency of an allele between populations, the fst assesses the differenc between these populations.

Have you given the programs here at UMass a try ?
If you have the data and the equation, why not try writing yourself a little script to calculate it? |
