Any body know haow to get rid of all Ig's from human serum from 2D gel electrophoresis

You could run the sample through an affinity human Ig column before your 2D electrophoresis assay.

The age old proteomics question - eliminating abundant proteins. Aren't there any kits out there to deplete Ig from serum? Could use protein A (or an anti-human Ab, as suggested above) on beads to deplete most IgGs, but someone must have made a kit for this.

I would try Protein-G Fast Flow it binds all human IgG subclasses IgG(1, 2, 3, 4). Protein-A does not IgG3. Amersham sells them.
