I would like to get some help on finding possible ways to fix cells to preserve. Cells are from tissue culture and I would like to store in solutions.

Store in solution?

Are you asking what the options are for substances to add to cells before freezing?

Please pardon me! I guess the question was not clear enough. I am collecting tissue culture cells and until I use them (could take 1 days to couple of weeks) and I don't want to freeze them but want to store in some fixative solutions for molecular works. I would like to get some help on this topic.

Thank you.

What molecular work are you going to use the cells for? If it is for RNA extraction/expression pattern, Ambion has an excellent rgt that stabilizes samples/RNA for several hours to days (depending on storage conditions) until ready for processing.
