Can anyone out there tell me if the HL60 AML-derived cell line has been genotyped in any high-throughput way? I would greatly benefit from a set of high quality genotypes for this line.

Here is my update on this topic. I found exactly the paper I needed.

HL60 genotyping using infinium.
