hi

ELISA reader is good in Thermo also as well as Molecular Devices. But it is little costly.

Would you have servicing costs to consider also. I can't remember which one we used to use (sadly in my new lab I do everything by hand) but it used to get blocked channels occasionally which was a pain and more a problem with people not washing it correctly than the equiptment type itself.
