Im looking for a leader peptide (native or synthetic origin) for high yield expression, improved translocation across the cytoplasmic membrane and enhanced SPase-I proteolysis. Has anyone experiences which leader peptide is suitable for this approach? Numbers of studies used synthetic leader peptides. It seems to be interesting.
