Hi , How can I block phosphatase in a Ser/Thr Protein Inhibitor
Cocktail.
Please respond with suggestion or references.

We use the Sigma Phosphatase inhibitor cocktail I + II - works fine for Stat6.
For specific targeting of phosphatases, try micysten from Upstate. |

How about 50mM NaF, 0.2mM Na3VO4? Some literature recommend these two. And In my case it worked fine. |

I use 50 uM (final concentration) sodium floride in addition to the inhibitor cocktail mixture
