Hi , How can I block phosphatase in a Ser/Thr Protein Inhibitor Cocktail. Please respond with suggestion or references. Thank You

We use the Sigma Phosphatase inhibitor cocktail I + II - works fine for Stat6. For specific targeting of phosphatases, try micysten from Upstate.

How about 50mM NaF, 0.2mM Na3VO4? Some literature recommend these two. And In my case it worked fine.

I use 50 uM (final concentration) sodium floride in addition to the inhibitor cocktail mixture

NaF: Ser/Thr Phosphotase inhibitor Na3VO4: Tyrosine phosphotase inhibitor
