I have two charts of
31P-NMR spectroscopy of unilamellar lipid vesicles composed of A) PE/PS/CHOL and
B) PE/DOPC/PS/CHOL liposomes at varying pH, (25 oC). Lipid concentration was 5 μmole/ml.

How can I determine the 31P chemical anisotropy Δσ shielding?

Is there any formation of micelles? If yes, how can I determine their diameter?

How can I know if there is a hexagonal phase?
