Hi, I want to harvest thioglycollate elicited macrophages. Sigma doesn't distribute the thioglycollate medium anymore and advised me to buy the sodium thioglycollate. Can anyone tell me a which concentration I can inject it to my mice? At 3% the mice died... Thanks a lot in advance
