I am starting with the model of angiogenesis using matrigel and was wondering if there are any special parameters/scales to be used when measuring tube length in tghe angiogenesis model. Since Ia m also going to test some products to test their efficiency in inhibition of angiogenesis I was hoping to study some adhesion molecules such as VCAM and similars, any tips as to which are more distinctly/available and most commonly detectable in this model?
