Dear All,

Really Iam in a real problem, as I want to measure the activity of bone alkaline phosphatase and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase in serum.... But I need simple methods ( no electrophoresis, or ELISA kits....)
Do anyone have these assays methods or direct me to find them.....
