Dear All,
I need an Idea.
I am making a Chymotrypsin digestion of a protein. I am using two proeins on wich got a mutation and the WT. I need an internal control for the assay. It must be resistant to chymotripsin and also should run o nSDS page. preferably around 10-20kDa.
