Balticum Organicum Syntheticum 2008

Vilnius, Lithuania June 25-29 2008

Link: http://bos08.olimpiados.lt/

The programme and format of BOS 2008 will follow that established in the previous conferences: Plenary and Invited lectures by a distinguished roster of Baltic and international speakers and poster sessions in an atmosphere for open congenial discussion.

The programme is a balance of academic and industrial speakers presenting fundamental and practical aspects of organic synthesis.

Maximum interaction between European (especially Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian) scientists and researchers from the rest of the world (USA, Japan, etc.) is promoted.

Goals:

Provide a forum for organic synthetic chemists from Europe (particularly from new EU countries) and other countries to discuss important scientific problems;

Promote discussion between academic and industrial people about the possibilities of mutual cooperation;

Present a unique cultural, linguistic and social experience for participants and accompanying persons.
