Hey,

we performed purification of His-tagged fusion proteins.
Although using high salt concentrations (1M NaCl or Tween and Imidazole (10mM)) we observed high binding rates of unspecific, non His-tagged proteins. Thus, yield of eluted target protein was quite low.
Has anyone an idea to reduce such unspecific bounded proteins?

Thank you, MK
