Hello..
I'm a master student at Izmir Institute of Technology, Biotechnology and Bioengineering Department and need pGEX-2T vector for my project. Unfortunately I cannot afford to buy it. Is there anyone who has this vector?
Any help would be appreciated.

Burcu,

If I were you, I'd contact GE Healthcare and ask for a special "one time only discount". They don't appear to do much business in Turkey so maybe they'd be interested and give you 50% off - say 150 Euros? Otherwise you'd have to look for a scientific collaborator.

Keep in mind that few scientists will be prepared to break GE's licencing regs, especially for someone they don't know.

Good luck
