HI all,
Any one plz help me in sorting out transfection of jurkat cells, I am using biorad electroporator. I had used like kept cells in serum free media for overnight nad then did transfection in medium have no dextrose and no beta ME. I had tried also in trehalose and DMSO containing media. Plz try to tell me good protocol. Can be make expression level high in jurkar cells.
