How can I measure cytokines using ELISA in a solution that has very small cytokines concentration and high volume of solvent?

I guess you can concentrate your samples using some commercial columns and check the concentration of cytokines and then calculate the real concentration according to the volumn left.

Hope to have enought cytokines concentration to be detected by the ELISA...

I am thinking on analysing the exhalated breath condensate and this fluid has a very small number of molecules and high concentrations of water.
