Hi all,

anyone knows if it is possible to tell the subclass of a mouse IgG monoclonal antibody (IgG1, IgG2a, ...) from the nucleotidic/aminoacidic sequences of its heavy- and light-chain variable regions (Vh/Vl)? If possible, how?

Thanks.
