HI,

I am doing IF on paraffin embedded tissue. I am able to get it working with Cy3 albeit there is some fuzzy staining where there shouldn't be. But with FITC this "fuzziness" is greater and I can see my signal. I am thinking this may be a problem of autofluorescence... if so is it known whether FITC causes greater autofluorescence than Cy3?

I would appreciate any help.
