Hi,
Dose anyone work with myristilated proteins?
If so do you have a good method to detect myristilation.

Have you thought about proteolytic digest followed by MALDI-TOF Mass Spec?

Yes I thought of it but it is expensive.
I am looking for a more stright forword method.
Like there is a glycosilatio marker maybe something like that.
