Please kindly help me to solve out the problem. I have a Microplate Reader Biorad 680 for TSH and free T4 test. I use a standard curve (connect from 6 standard points) to determine concentration of wells. But some output are marked with N/A and N/A2, a...Would you show me what they mean, and how to deal with those case to have a result? Thanks for any idea.

Thanks a lot for your regard. But the document is about working on the machine. I'm using Data Manager V5.2 to control the machine, and the Concentration Report have strange result as listed. I thought the values are beyond the range, but don't know how to resolve the trouble.

instead of using the software of the machine, just use excel instead and extrapolate. if you prefer we can try to help you if you can send us the raw data. we use to use the software woth the machine and have this kind of problem, then we just use excel instead, punch in data, and extrapolate. tvm, jh
