ok, I use another antibody instead of rabbit anti-human intrinsic factor , that is sheep anti-human pepsinogen Ⅱ(biodesign, cas k90132s); instead of Alexaflour 647-labbled GSⅡ lectin, I used biotinylated griffonia simplicifolia lectin Ⅱ(cas b-1215, vector laboratories).
I will be very glad if it can help others.
