Dear Friends,

I need an uninserted pADGAL4-2.1 Yeast two hybid plasmid to use as control in my yeast re-transformation experiment. All I have is degraded and when I tried to purcase this plasmid and it is not available, Stratagene has a package of 5-6 plasmids you have to purchase the entire kit... which is around $600 and as you can imagine my PI is extermly upset ...if any one has this un inserted plasmid is it possible for you to send me couple of microliters undigested and un inserted STRATEGENE pADGAL4-2.1 plasmid?
