I am trying to purify rieske ferredoxin that I have cloned in E coli. TOP 10. I have a His tag on that protein. Any ideas as to how to purify that protein?

There is a HIs tag on the protein but it is hard keeping the protein in the reduced state while it is being purified.

How well does Dithionite work as a reducing agent? Can it keep Ferredoxin in reduced form?
