Hello Sir, Mam,

Well in advance i thank you all.. I need some information regarding protein folding. We are manufacturer of Human insulin and Human growth hormone. I would like know some deatils on SDS page .. Afte refolding and enzyme digestion we are processing for HIC and after that .. we doing crystalization for final product . .during the crystallization we are seems to found some dimers present in our traget protien. Can you please help me how to remove dimers in the traget protien.

In an application such as yours, perhaps a size exclusion chromatography step prior to crystallization would be helpful.
