Hello sir, mam,

I am anvar deen working in a Biogenomics LTD as sceintist.. we have some probles faced in the fementer. We have inoculated small gram neagtive e.coli rods. After few hours of growth in the fermenter , we attain long rods. After completion of full growth , our desired protien ( human Insulin) is preseent0 and we cant find inclusion bodies.. Please try to help me.. how to figure out the problems.
