now i am buying FTIR and FTNIR i have to offers from Bruker optics and Perkin Elmer, really i have bad background from Perkin elmer specially in HPLC, please can anyone help me to decide which one i may purchase.

It depends on the model of instrument. But both company's are very good in the area of spectroscopy. The reason you had not so good luck with PE chromotography is that Seperations is not really their specialty. Seperation Technologies go with a Waters or Shimatzu instrument
