Has anyone tried the high-capacity streptavidin agarose from Pierce? I just found it on their website and their data shows it has a higher binding capacity than the Pharmacia streptavidin resin I use now. I had good luck with their fluorescent dyes recently, so I'll probably give this a try too.

I have not used this particular product from Pierce, but I have had very good experience with their product support and technical support groups for other binding chemistries.
