Hi All,
Although this topic was delt with tseveral time I still would like to have a protocol in which I can have the post golgi fraction from a BHK or HeLa cell lines.
I checked and saw that Samm had a nice kit that he advised to use but I am using alot of cells 5 X 15 cm dishes so a kit would be a costy way to do it. I am looking for a cheaper alternative.
Would be happy to get some ideas.
