Help with CD90/Thy-1 immunostaining [View Printable]

Has anyone ever done immunostaining of paraffin embedded sections with CD90/Thy-1 antibodies? I'm trying to get a working protocol, but I'm having a very hard time....
Can anyone help me out?

You need to ensure you do the antigen retreival/exposure step (pressure cooking or microwaving) and queching before you stain. I have done this by pressure cooking in a citrate buffer.
