Hi All !

Any ideas from where I can buy FlAsH-EDt2 and ReAsH-EDT2 reagent for labeling CCXXCC tagged proteins ? Only options I see are from Invitrogen and they are prohibitively expensive.

Invitrogen bought the commercial rights to these reagents so you are stuck with using them.

The only alternative is to write to Roger Tsien ( who developed them)

to see if he can help you out if you are in an academic environment.

Exactly what I thought :( Will try and see the Tsien angle since I am in academia.

I did not pursue Tsein for the reagents
