For the viroskeleton HIV the "elementary cell can be chosen (the constitutive structural element of viroskeleton, place and number of which in connection with viroskeleton (picture 2).

Viroskeleton has such 12 (twelve) pentamers with virus appendices - the consequence of pentamer clasterization.
