FORECASTING EXPECTED INFECTIVE DISEASES AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MANUFACTURE OF PERSPECTIVE MEDICINAL MEANS



On this paper I offer the general principles of outstripping strategy in researches of theoretically expected infections and for the lack of the outstripping strategic plan in development of the recommendations for manufacture of perspective medicinal means against expected new infective diseases in order to jointly production the expert system and editions general-purpose knowledge engineering languages.

The technique proposed by my do not need special wide-scaled financing establishing huge industrial enterprises.

For the whole history of mankind there were the changes in structure of natural virus infections themselves, smallpox has lately disappeared, but AIDS has appeared instead. At the moment expansion of many classical virus infections: poliomyelitis, measles, German measles and others is largely limited by wide application of effective vaccines, whereas the expansion of others, for example caused by a respirator-syncitial virus, does not still yield to effective preventive maintenance.

If we shall not follow the above-stated ways, many new AIDS will wait mankind.

Today fundamental, basic knowledge - data, for the beginning of researches on forecasting expected new infective diseases are available, to an example general virology has exhaustive data of principles of structural organization of viruses, by such quality of data can be proud: molecular virology, molecular genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, genetic engineering, biophysics i.e. all those branches of science which make a database for forecasting expected new infective diseases, and also for development of the recommendations for manufacture of the newest medicinal means.

Modern systems of the software for multiparameteral difficult dynamic systems with the purpose of forecasting and development of the recommendations on many directions are on the other hand available.

Symbiosis of two aspects, fundamental knowledge and mathematical providing, can solve the discussed problem.
