VERSION OF DESTRUCTING HUMAN IMMUNO-VIRIDAE (HIV) (COMMON PRINCIPLES) Human Immuno-Viridae (HIV)-retrovirus, virus appendices piercing through the membrane, consist of 5 (five) and 6 (six) individual molecules of virus protein-glycoproteid (gp 120), this phenomenon in virology is called pentameral-hexameral clasterization. Virus glycoproteids (gp 41) pierce through the virus membrane and form the centre of symmetry of inner-virus net under it, it is an original skeleton which keeps the form of virus and maintains the virus core in a definite state. Some afore-named virus (HIV) data are cited to prove and advance the well-known postulate about the virus destruction by means of all factors, which destruct the viroskeleton. Most of viruses with locked cover (including HIV) possess icosaedric symmetry. This is the most effective symmetry to construct the locked cover from a separate subunits (indivisible, arranged in a definite order polypeptide chain-proteins). On the surface of any structure with icosaedric symmetry there are 60 identical elements, connected with one another by means of axes of symmetry of 2, 3 and 5 order. Locked capsids (including HIV) with symmetry of higher order than icosaedric one, strictly saying cannot exist. Viroskeleton HIV locked spheroid, built from pentamers and hexamers, causes the pentameral-hexameral clasterization occurring in case of human immuno-viridae. Protuberances or virus appendices of five or six elements, visible in an electronic microscope in a negative contrustiration, have sense in a scientific generalization only in case, if these structures correspond chemically important elements. Human immuno-viridae relates to such case (ibid. picture 1, virus appendices gp 120). On the other hand, in 18-th century the Swiss mathematician L.Euler by means of calculation proved that any locked spheroid (in case of HIV-it is a viroskeleton) must have 12 (twelve) pentagons (in case of HIV-they are pentamers) but the number of hexagons (in case of HIV-hexamers) can be modified within the wide limits. Only this fact can explain the unusual variability of HIV virus. In such locked spheroids (including HIV), two pentamers are disposed so that they do not have the common rib, as the similar configuration (pentamers with common rib) is extremely unstable and is generally stated that clearly divided pentamers on the surface of locked spheroid stereochemically take up the most intensive places. It is interesting to note that at the beginning of the 20-th century radiolaries were described; they are a group of the simpliest, having silicic skeleton, which with their structural motives of locked spheroid, have much common with HIV viroskeleton. Coming out of the well-known postulates about the facts that 1. The destruction of viroskeleton causes the destruction of virus itself and 2. The most vulnerable points of the viroskeleton are places of disposition of all 12 (twelve) pentamers forming virus proteins of glycoproteid (gp 41) and 12 (twelve) virus appendices consisting of 5 (five) individual molecules of virus protein of glycoproteid (gp 120). Taking into consideration the afro-said, it is possible to formulate the strategy of human immuno-viridae (HIV) destruction in the following way: for the viroskeleton HIV the elementary cell can be chosen (the constitutive structural element of viroskeleton, place and number of which in connection with viroskeleton, always remain constant, the exception from this rule are minimal forms of HIV, about what will be said below) in the form of pentamer (picture 2). Viroskeleton has such 12 (twelve) pentamers with virus appendices - the consequence of pentamer clasterization. The destruction of one or more such cells (ideal case-all 12 cells) will lead to the viroskeleton destruction and as a result, to the virus destruction.
