Hello all
Wonderful forum. I wanted to ask does anyone know of a good lysis buffer to use to isolate protein from tissue (Heart)when I want to keep the phosphoproteins stable?
Thanks

Hi,
We are very happy that you like this forum.
We hope that you would be able to find answers to your questions over here, and also help others to find answers to their question.

As per you question,
I found an article from over 20 years ago dealing with an isolation of troponin (which is also a phosphorilated protein) from heart.
Here is the link to the article.
I hope it would help you.

Thank you so much for your post. I was not able however to get the paper from blackwell, do you know the reference title or authors?
