Anyone here familiar with R for microarray analysis?
I would like to know the code for generating smooth density estimates of expression values I generated using the rma function in R. I'd like the results on one graph. Six chips in total. Any help would be appreciated.

I have found this book to be pretty useful in the R for microarrays department:
