What are some different kinds of equipment that can be utilized to make a pH measurement at a controlled temperature of 25 C?

Are you wanting a pH meter that takes into account the temperature during measurements, or are you wanting something that is able to keep a solution at a temperature while measuring?

If I get your question correct, you just need a pH-meter that can measure temperature as well.

Electronic pH-meters can usually correct for the differences in temperature (if you are not too far off).

Most digital pH meters have a thermocouple as well as the pH probe. This allows for dual simultaneous measurements. The temperature can be set to whatever you want and it will adjust accordingly. You can get a good pH meter with a generic namebrand (such as Fisher or VWR) at relatively low cost.
