The senior research chemist position requires a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with working experience in multi-step synthesis of small organic molecules. A successful candidate should be able to independently design and execute complex synthetic sequences leading to target molecules. The job may involve frequent interactions with customers and occasional travel to China. Candidates for the associate chemist position should have a BS or MS degree in chemistry with relevant working experience in a chemistry related field. Familiarity with chemical process scale-up and large-scale isolation and purification techniques is a plus.
