Hi All
Did anyone try Proteinb G Sepharose for IP and CO-IP?
If yes,
Which company you use: Sigma or Amersham ?
I am using Sigma and got some problems so I am thinking of chanfing it to Amersham. Any coments?

Go with Amersham less background.
Any way Sigma buys the product from Amersham.
