Can anyone provide a protocol for immunoprecipitation with washed bugs (also known as Pansorbin)? I have heard that this method for immunoprecipitation can give better results and cleaner blots and wanted to try it. Any information that you can direct me to about theory and rationale for using Pansorbin would also be appreciated. Thanks!

Here is a link to a review of the immunological applications using Pansorbin cells. Also contains immunoprecipitation guidelines and procedures.
