I am doing chromatin immunoprecipitation(chip) assay.
I want to find a way to analyze PCR product in Agarose gel with Ethidium bromide .
I have( Input-NO antibody-with antibody) samples with expt-group and cont-group.

Thanks

So what specifically do you need help with? Making a gel, preparing your sample, doing the PCR? Providing a more specific question will help ensure you get the answer you need from our users.

Thanks.

Thank you.
I want help with data analysis. I want to calculate the relative occupancy.
I found It with real time = 2^(CT negative-CT target).
How can I interpret the data? I have input, experiment group and control and both look have IP bands.
So any Info or book to read will be great.
Thanks
