I used the proteasome inhibitor MG132, and the positive control (untreated cells - only MG132) gave me several bands, i know that its a phosphorylation procedure... could anyone explain to me what is happening here?

Hi There,
I am also using MG132 .
please give me more information about your procedure.
Positive control , you loaded just MG132 after dilution. In what did you diluted it.
if you can attach a pic of the gel will help.
Guy
