Apoptosis in Drug Discovery, March 22-23, 2007, San Diego, CA

http://www.gtcbio.com/conference/conferenceDetails.aspx?id=85

Apoptosis research in drug discovery is creating new strategies to combat disease from tumor suppression to Alzheimer's. GTCbio's Apoptosis in Drug Discovery on March 22-23, 2007 provides an excellent meeting point for individuals from academia, the medical community, and industry to discuss critical issues such as:

* Mechanisms & Regulation
* Roles & Diseases
* Apoptotic Therapies

The keynote address on "The Involvement of Apoptosis in Pathology" will be given by Andrew Wyllie from the University of Cambridge.

They will have speakers from Biogen Idec; the Burnham Institute for Medical Research; EntreMed; EpiCept Corporation; Harvard; Immusol, Inc.; Johnson & Johnson; MRC Toxicology Unit; National Research Council of Canada; NIH/NIAID; OncoImmunin, Inc.; Trinity College; the University of Cambridge; the University of Central Florida; the University of Iowa; Van Andel Research Institute; Wyeth; and many more.

Register early. San Diego will afford both a great intellectual, as well as a cultural, scenic and potential commercial backdrop for this meeting.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 22, 2007
Oral presenters will be selected!
Submit your abstract before February 22nd to be considered: http://www.gtcbio.com/conference/user_abstract.aspx
