Hello-
I am attemtping to grow cells in matrigel but they keep escaping below the membrane and growing on the bottom of the plate instead of in suspension. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent this? Varying the thickness of the basement layer seems to make no differnce. Thanks.
