Could anyone recommend a good non-radioactive tyrosine kinase assay kit for an in-vitro kinase assay? I am investigating inhibition of activity of a tyrosine kinase and would like to measure substrate phosphorylation in a quantitative way. We tried a non-radioactive kit some time ago but it didn't work very well.
Thank you very much in advance for any suggestions.

HI,

You can try Roche Molecular Biochemicals Protein Tyrosine Kinase Assay Kit (Non-Radioactive)
Also some people use the following from Chemicon
