Hi, everyone!

Have anyone successfully done a western for more than 300 KD protein using tris-HCl gel?
I have to do western for ATM ( 350KD). i tried it once but failed. I was using 6% resolving tris-HCl gel. Another lab has been doing western for ATM with 3-8 % tris-acetate ( invitrogen) . But our lab is using tris-HCl western system (biorad). I am wondering whether i could successfuly detect ATM with our current western system.
