Hi,
I want to find out the molecular weight of aa protein on a 9% SDS-PAGE gel.
I have used the broad range prestained standard from bioRad. I would like to do an extrapolation of the protein mass by using the known masses from the standarts. Any one got the equation that I can use. I know it is not a linear line but a log line.
