Does anyone know of a good commerical kit for the deglycosylation of proteins under non-denaturing conditions?

Hi there,
Probably, there are some kit to deglycosylate glycoproteins, but I recommend high-concentrated PNGase-F. I have tried Prozyme enzyme (1-2 ul) to release N-glycans from native glycoproteins (10 ug) and it worked well. Good luck!

From my experience, the only one really working under non-denaturing conditions for moderate to highly glycosylated proteins is the EndoH kit from NEB!

The question sounds ambiguous. I suggest discriminating between enzymatic glycosylation and non-enzymatic glycosylation (glycation) of proteins. Means for deglycosylation in both cases are different.
